At Fouzstudio, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:
Order Dispatch
- Orders will be dispatched the same day or within 24 to 72 hours of placing the order.
- Customers will receive an Order ID and Tracking ID via email once the order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
- Delivery time: 5 to 7 business working days.
- If there is a delay or the product is out of stock, the customer will be notified.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will depend on the customer’s location and pin code. The final amount, including shipping, will be updated during checkout.
Delivery Attempts
If the customer fails to receive the order after three attempts by the courier team, the item will be returned to the seller. Courier charges will not be refunded in such cases.
