All orders are carefully packaged in our signature luxury boxes before dispatch. We want your unboxing to feel as special as the garment itself.
Order Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched the same day or within 8 to 10 working days of placing the order.
Customers will receive an Order ID and Tracking ID via email once the order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
Delivery time: 5 to 7 business working days.
If there is a delay or the product is out of stock, the customer will be notified.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will depend on the customer’s location and pin code. The final amount, including shipping, will be updated during checkout.
Delivery Attempts
If the customer fails to receive the order after three attempts by the courier team, the item will be returned to the seller. Courier charges will not be refunded in such cases.
Cancelation & Refund
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled and If an order is canceled after dispatch or at the time of delivery, the shipping charges will be deducted from the order value, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.

If your order is more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate and escalate with the courier on your behalf.
We currently do not offer same-day or next-day delivery.
