Products & Descriptions
Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor and photography variations. Fabric textures are handcrafted, making each piece unique. Product availability is subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) .
Ordering & Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (select pincodes). All payment transactions are secured via SSL encryption and processed through Razorpay.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of ordering. Delivery timelines for custom orders are 10–14 business days.
Limitation of Liability
We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, Fouzstudio will not be responsible for any damage caused during shipping. Liability is limited to the replacement of damaged products, as per the Return & Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders will be dispatched the same day or within 5 to 10 working days
- Customers will receive an email with the Order ID and Tracking ID once the order is dispatched.
- Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days.
Note: In case of stock issues or delivery delays, customers will be notified. If a customer fails to receive the order after three attempts, the item will be returned to the seller, and courier charges will not be refunded.
Cancellation and Modifications
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations or modifications are allowed.
