At Fouz Studio, every garment is crafted with exceptional care. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read this policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange/Refund

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only eligible in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product dispatched
  • Missing items in the order

Note: An unboxing video of the product is mandatory for initiating a return, exchange, or refund. The video must be unedited and clearly show the damaged or incorrect product.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, along with a valid proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom and made-to-measure orders, jewellery and accessories, items purchased during sale or clearance events, gift cards, and items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Return Request Process

  • A return request must be raised within 12 hours of receiving the product.
  • Once we receive your request, our team will verify the details and respond within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an order is canceled after dispatch or at the time of delivery, the shipping charges will be deducted from the order value, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs of the defect. We will arrange a pickup, send a replacement, or process a full refund.
